watched the solar eclipse today. i'm very close to the supposed best place to watch it, so i got a pretty good view. i learnt that we have to watch through an x-ray film. and it's interesting to see the eclipse like that.

but honestly, if you ask me, i'm not really really really excited about it, nor did it have any impact on me. it's pretty awesome to have watched it firsthand so clearly, but it didn't really cause me to die of excitement. before seeing it i was pretty excited, but i guess the eclipse was too long. we started singing HSM songs instead.

ate breakfast.
watched eclipse ie. sang like mad
went to class ie. slept for an hour and forty five minutes
went to lunch ie. ate lots of mantous.
climbed 千佛山 ie. camwhored.
got a pedicure ie. camwhored too.
went to eat roasted meat sticks. damn nice. but my throat will protest soon. only through drinking water like mad and lozenges have i gotten away with the food we eat here.

i miss so many people back in singapore, but at the same time i really don't want to leave. we keep saying it over and over again, as if if we said it often enough it would come true sigh.
