seriously, the olympics opening ceremony was imbaaaaa.
everything super qi can! suddenly everything else seems so cui -.- the drums thingy from the first item was like, every angle of the drummers etc all EXACTLY THE SAME. omg la. i like the dresses of the woman who held the plaque stating the name of each country during the march in. super pretty dress!!! plus they all DAMN CHIO -.- was oogling at them haha.
was going gaga with qiuhan while watching it haha i made her come over and watch it with me! this kind of thing must watch with company one, makes it all the more exciting! seriously seriously we were screaming at everything cos it was just so damn imbaaaa. and well, being typical girls, we were (er hem) observing who was cute/shuai/chio/pretty. everytime some cute guy appeared on screen: "omg he's damn cute!" sounds haha. i think my parents were amused -.- cos they were watching with us too. and then we were super pissed whenever there was a commercial, cos it interrupts our viewing pleasure. yea but well i can see why mediacorp wouldn't pass up on the chance to have commercials during the olympic stuff showing, earn more big bucks! -.- economics triumphs over consumer enjoyment rawr. ok but anyway:

I WANTED TO WATCH NUS RAG, plus support jie. but no one go with me :( most people at ntu don't have fridays off (am i like an alien to have fridays off??), smu people like all damn busy, people who are flying overseas for school (aka no school yet) are working. and well everyone else younger than us are obviously at school -.- so i never go leh! damn sad can! cos i'm damn scared of going to new places alone, scarly i get lost -.- i'm super lousy at directions. rawrrr.
went for the first time into the GRAND CATHAY. as in the cinema la. woah rly quite nice. makes a nice change not having to squeeze back when someone wishes to pass you on the way to his seat/going to the toilet/get more refreshments haha. some woman thought the snacks counter was the tickets counter! (looks pointedly at woman in question haha) super funny. but ok sort of enjoyed the movie, it's morbidly fascinating.
i think that i'm going to soon become immune to thriller/horror movies. just because i'm in cs. cos i've a feeling we're going to be watching a lot of those. rawr. by the end of year four ng liying i can probably go watch horror movies with you le! -.- dajie learn learn learn to watch too k! i'm being forced to >.<
ok so i've been eating like nobody's business this week. well the past week too. the week leading up to dance night (and 3 weeks before that) was spent gorging on chocolates. urgh. the last week... well let's just say in one night i had 2 chocolate bars, half a pack of tapioca chips and three small packs of cheese crackers. that's about the average for the week. and like i mentioned, last thurs' lunch was all the fried old chang kee stuff -.- so, officially starting from today, i am on a healthy diet! not the eat very little food and starve to death kind of diet, but the fried food free/chocolate free/too sweet stuff free kind of diet. i will still eat healthy amounts of food but without the rubbish haha.
omg what did i just promise myself -.-
i'm a chocoholic! ok well at least i managed not to eat chocolates today. (actually i think it's cos i'm out of chocolates) but well. got off to a good start today! dinner was soup yong tau foo. and it's gonna be meals like this from now on! till i cannot tahan. but will be at least 2 weeks later (i hope -.-)
but i realised something. when i'm unhappy/upset i eat. and therefore, i gain weight. and then, i get upset that i gained weight since i'm already damn fat for a dancer and all, and then i eat again cos i'm upset -.- vicious cycle sia. so nonono i'm going to cheer myself up constantly! :)
tues is homecoming at cs! ravioli's are all turning up again! :) so we'll be watching award winning short films done by our dear seniors yay! then, thurs we've a rendevous at adm grounds! hoho i love raviolis! but no yoga :( i need all e exercise i can get now! but nvm ravioli more impt la can always exercise later!
yea the dnd pageant stuff is gonnna start soon i think. cos i recieved an sms asking me what euro size i was etc for fittings from the dnd person. and there's photoshoots to arrange and all that. ahhh what have i gotten myself into!!! so i must seriously get back into shape!!!
ok yea but when the person asked me what my euro size was i was stunned. cos i nvr really knew, just walked into a shop and buy whatever fitted -.- so luckily i was out shopping anyway, and decided to find a topshop to check size. and i found out that the wisma one is closed! :( so had to go the cityhall one ahh. ok so i finally found out my euro size -.-
OHOHOH MUST TALK ABOUT TODAY! went shopping with my family for the first time since like cny. got 2 pairs of shorts, one pants and one skirt. and one pair of shoes from mondo which is identical to what i used to have, but i bought it again cos i wanted a comfy reliable pair of pumps, which it was when i got it. i realised shopping with mummy is kind of -.- she kept questioning whether shorts at that length (it wasn't that short ok!) was suitable for wear in school etc etc. but ok la she was just concerned haha. but one good thing is, i didn't have to pay for anything! which is good lol my bank accnt is depleting -.- but nono that just makes me sound like i go out with them to dig their money. i don't ok! i do enjoy their company, especially since i haven't been out with them in a while haha.
while walking to out destination, we passed by the old place where we used to stay. daddy had to point out again to wen: eh 姐姐以前在这里被拍照，上报纸 leh. urps. haha and my mum says the newspaper clipping is still kept -.- haha like when i was like 5 only la!!! how i rmb -.- then my sister laughed her head off again lols.
ok so on monday, liying's coming over in the morning. and we're gonna have to deal with erm bio and chem. i can still remember most things bio, but chem i cannot. but at least i still have hc notes, which she stupidly threw away! -.- omg mugging officially starts. eh but not me leh :( i'm kind of looking forward to mugging. but i guess cs modules/stuff requires mugging in different areas/methods ba, definitely not quite like the traditional mugging we did in hc. ahhhh the good old days. i really miss mugging from 8 in the morning till 9plus at night in school with liying, and all the mornings i spent in A401/402/403 with yen jeong and mrs tam. for MATHS.
wait. i'm mental. i'm missing the A level mugging periold. OMG. that was like the MOST stressed out/tiring/insane period of my life can. -.- -.- -.-

and bojia i miss you too la! wlau like super long nvr talk to you le can. ok wait it's like one week. but still feels damn long. cos i'm used to talking to you every day for a while! -.- eeeee must meet up soon or something leh! haha :)
okok wait it's 11pm again -.- and there goes my pledge to sleep early -.- i promised to stop all activities by 930 so that i can go to bed by 10. i promised myself yesterday leh! and both nights i failed -.- yesterday was cos i stayed up for the whole of the olympics opening ceremony. today. well i'm blogging -.- urgh.
the dongtian/daidao costumes hanging there are mocking me. mocking me about the good times i had in nycd. which are once again, OVER. shit. i wanna quickly return so i won't keep seeing them and feeling sad :( but they're so pretty it seems like a shame to shelve them for now, since i'm not going back anytime soon yet. haiz.
my ice cream week never ends, as someone recently reminded me -.- well, it officially ends today! :) back to svelte figure/slim me! (yea i hope -.-)
