ok updates!wait when was the last time i blogged? arhhh never mind. shall start at a day i really enjoyed! which would be...THURSDAY! sent liting off in the morning :( first time in many many long months that i actually woke at 530 rawr why was your flight so early my dear jiefu! yea so we went and we sent her off. no emotional scene, although both junyan and i expected to cry. but liting was in such a cheery mood no one got sad. but i felt tears welling up when she passed through the checks. haiz. no more jiefu for a good few months. then... we went ya kun for breakfast! i was gobbling food for once, terribly hungry! then we sat there and talked for a long long time. then, being still hungry, i went to get fries from popey's. erm not too sure how to spell e name of that place haha. then... we went on chatting. we were at ya kun from like 10 to almost 1 i think! thank goodness we weren't chased away. yanyin and i also went on a fairprice tour. i'm surprised to see fairprice in the middle of Terminal 3! and the stuff there is CHEAP can. compared to other places la. then then then... we decided to move our butts! but not to go ice skating as previously planned -.- we went shokudo for lunch -.- no physical activity and we chose to do something that's even more sinful! eat -.- so between yanyin and i (we are seriously food sharing partners), we polished off one omelette, one plate of egg and pork katsu, one rosti, one bowl of baby octopus, one cheesecake and one redbean mochi thingy. man, we're disgusting. then started our usual crapping. lame jokes from... dong dong chiang... regina! surprise, NOT. but also jun yan la. then the jokes became racist -.- but actually still quite funny if you don't take it the wrong way. and then fj's personality tests during which we stumped her with our incessant questions! then it went on and on and yanyin fell asleep -.- laoshi called and asked if i would join her at the recording studio to ensure daidao's music is exactly as the original cos she was making the finalised music. i didn't say no, i was just considering but i accidentally told her i was w liying and people and she just said it was ok, she'll do herself :( makes me super guilty after that. and now i regret not going with her cos daidao's music is no longer the original, there's one part which is different :((( and when i asked her about it she says she'll just keep it, we'll just cut out the actions with the original music!!! super sad super sad. rawr super guilty. then passed the tickets to joey! and went stage image -.- stupid la, my pants were like omg, LOOSE. and i'm already fat lor. so left it there till today, which i am very happy to say it finally fits very well. yayness! but, cos i changed it to a v-cut, it's now 20 bucks from the original 16. which is weird, cos she didn't charge liying's 20 when it's also v cut. maybe she wants to cheat my money :( haiz maybe she really raised the price la.wells then we skip to friday. early morning rehearsals are disgusting. DISGUSTING i tell you. cos we didn't get to warm up properly, everyone's still groggy etc. the run was horrible. and not to mention the new dong tian costumes are erm... WAYYYY TOO TIGHT. the top la. the pants are wayyyy too long. so we kept tripping. my pants were already trimmed like 4 inches off can! as in the first time the costume came, some of us tried (cos e rest were there) and we sent all back to put in zippers for the top. i found out that first time that my pants were SUPERRRR long, and the lady snipped off 4 inches for me. this time round we're cutting off anth TWO inches off my pants. can you imagine? they somehow measured me 6 inches taller than i really am! that's a scary thought. but the cloth is really pretty! nice and flowy. the lady says it's some japanese silk thing. whoots our costume must be expensive. not to mention it's from sonata. sonata is FREAKING expensive for everything. although the quality is very very good. but now the changes we've to make to the costume top is quite drastic! my god we're going to cut up the sleeves ourselves -.- i'm scared i'll screw up somewhere. rawr.back to yesterday's lian pai. after that youxin and qiuhan, being very nice people, accompanied me to hc to collect my school graduation cert! despite qiuhan having block tests. siyu pang seh-ed me! haha no lar i undst. she went bojia's place to mug! good good juniors must all work hard! although it's damn stressful cos everyone's been too caught up in dance. maybe we should just declare ourselves officially from a dance school instead of nanyang la, since we dance more than we study/attend lessons. and then, we (meaning youxin and i) found out that she does volunteer work at the block opposite mine -.- took us long enough, when she's been doing volunteer work for such a long time haha. then today!!! dong tian dong tian!!! oh man super super super excited. cos... we were good today! the first floor section was qi, and laoshi said we were good too! i could actually feel the mood of the dance coming out too. goosebumps. and there was really the contraction of the heart that we were supposed to feel cos of the painful situation we're supposed to be trying to express. dong tian is about love and breakup, and somehow, i managed to feel the intensity today. maybe we're really getting better :) but hopefully, we won't have the missing people problem again, and everyone can remember what happened today so we won't suck on thurs/fri. rawr. then, youxin and i went to orchard and bugis. all 3 major costumes/dance apparel shops in one day! went sonata to send the pants for alteration, then to costume shop to get nude leotards and my new black leotard (i like). my new leotard is back to L size -.- L used to be too short, so it becomes very low cut, but XL is wayyy to long and terribly loose. but this time round it wasn't too short! so i'm happy. and the strap is the bra strap kind, which is more secure! :) i'm a happy girl! and i collected my new calf length tights, so makes me happier! i like buying dance apparel -.- for some weird reason haha. and my new leotard came with a pretty bag! i like costume shop for the bags they give with every leotard/shoe/jazz pants you buy. i got to choose my bag today and it was nice pretty purple! from an original funny oriental orange one. :))) then i went to stage image haha. which was to collect my tights la! they're starting to look more professional, more tidy and organised now. i'm still known as the hc alumni person to mdm chen at stage image lol.i'm tired. and i miss my fellow raviolis :( so i'm officially looking forward to monday's outing! :) but i'll still have to get through tmr first. lots of housework plus tuition. i always dread going to teach, but while i'm there i actually enjoy teaching haha. which is damn funny. OH YEA! i've got THREE. i repeat, THREE tubs of ben's and jerry's ice cream in my freezer! phish food, choc chip cookie dough and chocolate fudge brownie!!! but they won't last long :( wells, i'm happy. good night people!
