hiaz.today was the last day of official school we had.our library records wiped us off permanently 2 wks ago.so ends the four years i've spent here.and i dun care how many times u've seen me cry this year i carn stop just because you're counting. i just can't help it whenever i tink of leaving all of you.a BIG thank you to :2/2 '03--- you guys totally rawked! it was a very sad day tt day we had to split, and i suppose we've all gone our own ways, even though 5 of you are still in the same class as me. well, it's been two years, and perhaps we no longer share the closeness we've had as a class, but i'll never forget the memories we've forged together those two special years, during the camps, the competitions, even winning the model class award. thank you all for giving me all these wonderful memories.rhythmic gymmers--- we've been through so much together, from double gold in '03, to last year's albeit slightly marred by the age limit's fun competition, where heather's mum did makeup for us all (thank you mrs chin!), to the fight to remain open, to telling the sec 2s(now sec3s) to leave us for chi dance...it was a difficult thing to do, but we had to do it, seeing as though 3 of you would be not much for a team...u had to go somewhere better, and so did we all. and through all the tears, we've pulled through, perhaps not necessarily with the results we desire, but it's all over anyway. and this years competition was difficult to go to, seeing as though i'm not competing, but i'm proud of you all anyway. and aileen! for being awarded the Lee Kuan Yew award for all round excellence. congrats!4/13 '05---u've been a wonderful class. even though the whole class never got really close, we've gone from always being in our seperate cliques to talking and laughing and mixing with everyone. there's many people whom i never really got to know, and, given more time, i would have tried, but our time as a class had drawn to a close. although we din't really attend all the activities as a full class, but we've had fun, and laughter. prom night was fun, and all of you were so pretty! and through it all, none of us gave up. i wish for all times all over again, but it's impossible. here's thanks to all who made it all so wonderful for me, esp joy, yuwei, xiaoxin, suelynn, yanyin, debo( no more tofu arms to play with!), miaoqin, sam, and many other, but i'll be naming the whole class then.nycd dancers--- i've had only a short time with you all, but already you've a special place in my heart. i've had a short experience with dance, but yet it's become so much of my life, that even if i weren't to dance, i have to at least watch other dance. from the early versions of daidao, where all of us started on stage, to the one we did at esplanade, we've gone through a lot too, big black bruised knees, exhuasted arms, staying over night in the studio, making earrings at 12 pm...the results on 12 april, the snow at the esplanade, dancing, dedicated our last dance tgt at foa to laoshi...i miss u all already, and laoshi too...i'm thankful to all of you, for all the laughter, tears, and sweat we've gone through.thanks to liting: u've been a wonderful friend and i hope our friendship can still go on! i really miss u...hope u did well for ur pprs. dajie: i rmb e first time we talked, it was outside e dance studio when we were e earliest, and u noticed that ur class and i differed by a number 1... hahahahapee hua: my niece! for cracking my back...and all the fun times we've hadshuhui: barremate! *whispering during ba kan. banging our knees during it too.liying: haha i rmb u man!u keep hitting me. :Djac: for teaching me patiently whenever i needed help...even when i was slow in learning...and stretching for me...and u and liying and youxin for always taking the bus home with me! i rmb waiting in sch till 8...den reaching home at 8.45...xiao wen: fluttery eyelashes!meiling: erjie! u are my emobuddy! we always cry tgt!suwan: u too...belly friend! *belly wavesyiyi: we stretch tgt!rebecca: becky! rmb me you angie and yiyi being drunk on e night of foa? haha it was so fun! and also ur tai nu, though training was hard, but u did it!and to many many others, but i cant' possibly name all here...there's like 60 over ppl isit? or 70+. well, i just can't thank everyone, but i just wanted to say, i've had a wonderful time with all of you, and cracking so many backs. it's been almost magical, this time i've had, and i'll definitely remember each and everyone of you forever...it's not something tt i can forget...the funniest thing is, i regret not being in dance since way in the beginning, but yet i will nvr ever regret my time in gym. i really learnt alot there.and to the tchrs:chen laoshi: thx for always nvr giving up on us, guiding us through each and every step of our syf journey.zhang laoshi: for having faith in me, believing that i could do danren, and although i screwed up my best apparatus, ball, you have really helped me in steeling much of my technique and dong zhuos.mrs wong siew hiong: for believing in me, and for so patiently teaching me all about maths, and also the heart. mrs wong lee fui: for helping me achieve tt A1 i badly needed as confirmation tt i can do bio. but i will still work hard!wang laoshi: for being the wonderful FT. though i have to admit, i hated u at first, but i began to see y you did wat you did, and you rose so much in my eyes.(u've noticed i've got plently of wongs teaching me...last yr we even had wong tze yong and who noes who else)mrs tay: u've really made me respect u so much with ur subtle sacarsm, or sometimes not so subtle, and you've been a great tchr. hope ur due date tmr goes all right!mrs see: thanks for teaching me so much about wat's rite and wrong, supporting us during competition, consoling, congratulating, and helping us through the difficult period where we were fighting for our continuity.and many many other teachers, i've missed you out, because there's really too many, but thanks for touching me life in so many ways.disclaimer: all the 2/2, gym, etc are named in order of occurance. haha jk.you noe, even as i type, i can think of how much i've changed, from a shy, timid( rather) girl to the one who can stand confidently on stage with a big smile, and able to cope with all the changes, stress and whatever that was thrown my way during this 4 yrs. i've survived, and emerged better. and there are little changes too, changes that only i realised, in personality, behavious, thoughts...i've changed alot. and i have one thing to say: all these, good or bad, would not have happened without me being at nanyang. perhaps i'll be someone totally different had i gone somewhere else, but i'm happy with where i am and who i am. i dread leaving.
if you've read till here, and read everything, u are pro. i salute u.
